Proposals are invited for the following areas

Papers: 20 minutes plus 10 minutes for discussion and may include a mix of oral/physical/digital presentation
Panel discussions: can be three-five presenters. Duration of each panel will be 60 or 90 minutes depending on the number of presenters (divided into 10 minutes each presenter and 30 minutes for group discussion)
Workshops: consist of a practical session 60-90 minutes aimed at dancers with or without conventional training and may target beginners or advanced movers as well as mixed ability groups. Abstracts must specify the timeframe and for whom the workshop is suitable. Please explain how the lecture will integrate demonstration and for what purpose, the length of the presentation, requirements for space, audio-visual requirements, and appropriate attire. Lecture-demonstrations aimed at the general public or non-dance-specific communities are welcome but should be specified as such in the proposal.
Poster/installations: can be two or three dimensional, interactive installations, a speaker’s corner etc. Please describe your idea and technical requirements in the abstract. Timeslots for presentations will be allocated in the program.
Pecha Kucha: concise presentations using the 20×20 format: 20 images for 20 seconds each (approximately 6 minutes in total). Presentations should be prepared in Powerpoint or equivalent software. Images may either advance automatically or manually but must adhere to the time limit.
